We held our GRIEF RAVE aboard the Sabrina 5 barge at National Waterways Museum Gloucester on 15th February 2025, for people to shake up their day!

We came together to play songs that connect us to people we have loved and lost, songs for political grief, music for any kind of loss or change. We brought people together through movement, reimagining folk traditions and rituals, and using movement to process emotions.

Annie Frost Nicholson and The Loss Project have co-curated Grief Raves as part of the Fandangoe Skip installations in London and NYC. They worked with our GASP Young Creatives to bring this unique experience to us and to Gloucester!

Supported by Canal and River Trust and Arts Council England, and part of the Folk Trail 2025.
